Jump’n Bounce is an indie retro arcade platformer available for purchase at your local xbox marketplace. The main objective of the game is simple: jump and bounce your way to the finishing point. Of course along the way there are things such as bonus points, lives and so on but you can simply ignore them should you simply want to win. It is a rather simple game (in terms of the idea and concept) with simple retro graphics, but the fun is still there. Simplicity is beauty isn’t it. Continue reading

iPhone Discover the magic of M.C. Escher Review
Todays iPhone app that I will be reviewing isn’t so much of fun from games but instead it is fun from viewing some of the most amazing works by M.C. Escher. M.C. Escher (Maurits Cornelis Escher in full) was a Dutch graphic artist who is known for his mathematically inspired works, and these often featured impossible constructions such as in infinite staircase and so on. What this app does, is share the joy and magic that this great man produced, and if you’re looking for some mesmerizing pictures to look at, this app certainly does just that. Continue reading
PC Mafia 2 Review
Mafia, a secret criminal organization operating mainly in the United States and Italy and engaged in illegal activities such as gambling, drug-dealing, protection, and prostitution. With that definition in our head, Mafia 2 is basically a third-person action adventure game that revolves around such an idea. It is the sequel to Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven (the first Mafia game) and is out for the PS3, Xbox 360 and the PC. PC Academagia Review
Academagia: The Making of Mages is an indie title by Black Chicken Studios. It is a life simulation game where it puts players into a situation of a young growing wizard. It plays as a text-based game with a Harry Potter like theme. In fact, the similarities between the Harry Potter world and that of Academagia are plentiful. Many concepts, ideas etc within the game can be seen in parallel to that of the Harry Potter series. iRoach 2 is an arcade kill them all game whereby it puts players into a situation where bugs go crawling across your screen and you simply tap them to squish squash and splatter them.
